A Soto Zen temple located a 2-minute walk from Komae Station. You can see the main hall, mountain gate, bell tower, and other buildings that were rebuilt during the Edo period.
It is also known as a famous cherry blossom viewing spot, and is crowded with people in the spring.
・Izumi Shrine
This is a historic site representing Komae City, said to be the largest shrine in the city, and is also popular as a power spot.
It has been designated as a cultural asset of Komae City, and the second torii gate has been selected as one of the three greatest torii gates in the Kanto region.
